It had been raining for several days at Vaggeryd but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Old Admiral tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to London Superior that came steaming ahead. Notable quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Termans Law who started to galop and lost 40 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Jazzy Jill Cherry took the lead rather easily. Old Admiral suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Chocolate Fontain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Termans Law galloped way to long and was disqualified. Chocolate Fontain sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Perfect Jive won. Speedy Zeus came in second. Chocolate Fontain caught third place. Results
