Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Mind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Søt Sugertop started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Quality Brand sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Mad Maid took the lead after 1000m. Special Artist didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Special Artist saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Special Artist was still in the lead after 2000m.



Special Artist looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Powerful Behemoth won the race after a spectacular finish.
