Only a humble breeze blew over Haapajärvi this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sad Trap found a gap and took the lead. Looking Forward followed before Happy Sky. Texas Cowboy suddenly started to galop. Jukka-Pekka Kauhanen had to struggle to get Texas Cowboy to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Happy Sky, Vip Tilly, Pommard, Unstoppable, Perfect Prince, Texas Cowboy, Sad Trap, Comfortable Puma. Comfortable Puma started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Perfect Prince took the lead after 1000m. Sad Trap didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Unstoppable galoped for 20 m. Perfect Prince took the lead after 1000m. Sad Trap didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Akseli Lahtinen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Steal My Thunder started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Sad Trap never caught up with Perfect Prince who won. Pommard came third.
