One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Final Stroke. Falling Admiral ended up behind the leader. Arabella got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Little Cash started to galop and lost 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Little Cash, Ticking Midnight, Aim Twice, Glowing Electra, Falling Admiral, Blueface, Duveteux, Fierceful Boulder.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Glowing Electra accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Duveteux litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Torbjörn Jansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Nostini started to galopp and lost 30 m.

Blueface sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
