One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Sirkka found a gap and took the lead.
Onside Traveller followed before
L'ultima Curva. Odeur Bizarre galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
Onside Traveller quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Odeur Bizarre started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Onside Traveller clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Odeur Bizarre was disturbed and galoped 20 m.
Odeur Bizarre was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
Lovestoned clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Lovestoned didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
