One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elegance Beauty could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. Søt Sugertop was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Frihet Kjemperen sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Moneypenny sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Søt Sugertop started to galopp and lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Søt Sugertop galop. Søt Sugertop lost 20 m. Postcard From Calgary galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Elegance Beauty never caught up with Moneypenny who won. Gentleman Scout came third.
