The sun was shining on Halmstad and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Loyal Bomb took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Quick Thinking, Giant Chill, Romantic Drama, Loyal Bomb, Biancocelesti, Hobbey, Dancing Shiva, .




The leader got disturbed by something and Biancocelesti took the lead rather easily. Giant Chill galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Biancocelesti was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Quick Thinking galoped for 40 m. Giant Chill suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






No-one could catch Giant Chill today who won before Biancocelesti and Romantic Drama.
