Only a humble breeze blew over Kalajoki this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Crossing Gossip was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Marinella quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Crossing Gossip was disturbed and galoped 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Wild Feeling who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Tricky Flower took the lead after 1000m. Glowing Electra didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tricky Flower followed by Flaming Queen and Glowing Electra. Lane two Wild Feeling followed by Crossing Gossip and Cloro Vox.



Tricky Flower sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Tricky Flower didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
