It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sleeping Box sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Wondering Brightness started to galop and lost 40 m. When the startcar left the field Lying Baby started to galop and lost 20 m.

Make You Smile quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Sleepy Glitter who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Perfect Pegasos took the lead after 1000m. Aiglentine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Backstabbing Sugar accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Backstabbing Sugar kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Aiglentine made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Perfect Pegasos.
