The sun was shining on Lapua and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious Lady sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Glorious Lady was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Playing Nutcracker took the lead after 1000m. Matina Hanover didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Matina Hanover looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Playing Nutcracker litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Matina Hanover won. Glorious Lady came in second. Playing Nutcracker caught third place.
