The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Silent Echo. Prince Miracle ended up behind the leader. Glorious Sky got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m.

Silent Echo was in fine shape and held the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Rose Garden looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Two For The Money couldn't come out from behind the leader, Silent Echo.

Two For The Money accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Two For The Money were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Mischievous Martens galop. Mischievous Martens lost 20 m. Per Lennartsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Rose Garden started to galopp and lost 10 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Camino galop. Camino lost 30 m.

Final standings. 1 Silent Echo, 2 Two For The Money, 3 Prince Miracle.
