One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Manuela was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Whispering Trap looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Manuela couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rent A Tiger.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Rent A Tiger today. It continued in the lead.




Whispering Trap seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Whispering Trap looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Whispering Trap kept the speed the whole finish and won before Manuela and Rent A Tiger.
