The weather had been good all week and Karlshamn was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Twelve Year Circus could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. I Got Rhythm, Starstruck Box, Striking Stardust, Innovator Roine, Tax Payer, Twelve Year Circus, Loyal Piece, Shy Angel.




Starstruck Box looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Twelve Year Circus couldn't come out from behind the leader, I Got Rhythm.




Starstruck Box looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Tax Payer galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Starstruck Box was still in the lead after 2000m.



Striking Stardust was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Starstruck Box looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Starstruck Box today who won before Twelve Year Circus and I Got Rhythm.
