It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dancing Fall. Trembling Ruby ended up behind the leader. Sleeping Pie got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Natural Gift quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Anasazi who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Dancing Fall sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Dancing Fall was still in the lead after 1500m.



driver couldn't keep Dancing Fall to trotting so they were disqualified. Spiral Galaxy suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Natural Gift never caught up with Spiral Galaxy who won. Happy Trap came third.
