Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solänget track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spatchcock Chicken was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Patrik Nygren wanted a little to much in the start and Sognare Lontano galoped for 30 m.

Inkas Addicted saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Shooting Crusher sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shooting Crusher followed by Mortimer Cherry and Falling Arraow. Lane two Breaking Rocket followed by Spatchcock Chicken and Banalité.

Shooting Crusher sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Breaking Rocket was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

Mortimer Cherry litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Brisade galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Banalité sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
