One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Falling Lizard was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Bold Pony saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Glowing Witch took the lead after 1000m. Falling Lizard didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Falling Lizard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Gold Bonfire Momentum gallopped for 50 m. Falling Lizard didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Bold Pony gallopped 50 m after 2000m. Falling Lizard kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. driver couldn't keep Glowing Witch to trotting so they were disqualified. Falling Lizard didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
