The weather had been good all week and Årjäng was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Kallsup tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Speedy Play that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Attack Again, Gold 3 Doors Down, Speedy Play, Carlos Ivette, Daytona Rebel, Snookers Magic Cherry, Ottawa Hof, Bhelena Smakka Ameste.




Daytona Rebel sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Daytona Rebel was still in the lead after 1500m.




Daytona Rebel sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Gold 3 Doors Down galoped for 30 m. Daytona Rebel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Bhelena Smakka Ameste won the race after a spectacular finish.
