The weather had been good all week and Annaghmore was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Virgo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Alpine suddenly started to galop. Andrew Cairns had to struggle to get Alpine to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Alpine sprinted to the front. Going Crown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Zelezny took the lead rather easily.




Vicino accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Dominator galloped for 50 m.




Vicino sat safely in the lead after 2000m.




There was a new leader after 2500m, Fearless Samurai.



Vicino speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Virgo won the race after a spectacular finish.
