Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kannus track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Breathing Ring could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Kleine clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Losing Winner was still in the lead after 1500m.



Losing Winner were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Breathing Ring. Losing Winner came in second. Kleine became third.
