One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Solid Plan could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Grand Slam took the lead after 1000m. Sad Action didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Grand Slam were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Sad Action made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Grand Slam.
