One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Polkamp found a gap and took the lead. Nicolaas Opal followed before Criminal Crusader.




Criminal Crusader saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Polkamp sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Polkamp today. It continued in the lead.



Polkamp were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Nicolaas Opal sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
