One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Anneli Cherry tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Criminal Puggy that came steaming ahead.




Sterker Wel saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sterker Wel was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Growing Missile galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sterker Wel today. It continued in the lead.




Glowing Electra seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Heavy Bomb galoped for 20 m. Sterker Wel was first on the homestretch followed by Glowing Electra and Criminal Puggy.






Sterker Wel kept the speed the whole finish and won before Glowing Electra and Anneli Cherry.
