The sun was shining on Halmstad today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Such A Beauty tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Spinnend Königin that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Pommerail, Proust Hof, Sergeant Ameste, Miljonen On Fire, Such A Beauty, Spinnend Königin, Monkey On Fire, .




The leader got disturbed by something and Proust Hof took the lead rather easily.




Miljonen On Fire saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Monkey On Fire suddenly took over the lead.



Monkey On Fire looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Spinnend Königin galop. Spinnend Königin lost 50 m. Such A Beauty was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Winner of todays race was Monkey On Fire. Proust Hof came in second. Sergeant Ameste became third.
