One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bruce Mcgill Pegasos took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tic Tic Boom sprinted to the front. Bresset started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Nedved sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nedved followed by Maple Leafs On Fire and Bresset. Lane two Bruce Mcgill Pegasos followed by Tic Tic Boom and Inkas Run To The Hill.



Nedved sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
