One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rise Up was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Rise Up was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Lucky Dream looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Barbara couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rise Up.

Lucky Dream looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Rise Up seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Rise Up were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Lucky Dream never caught up with Rise Up who won. Barbara came third.
