One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Wigwam could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Brazil was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Wigwam was still in the lead after 1500m.

Wigwam were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Perfect Box sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
