One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Radicchi took the lead after a very quick start. Glowing Electra showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. When the startcar left the field Betula Luminifera started to galop and lost 20 m. Salami saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Salami galop. Salami lost 30 m. Final standings. 1 Opposing Sunset, 2 Radicchi, 3 Windy Passion. Results
