The weather had been good all week and Gävle was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Solid Body took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Giant Power, Solid Body, Powerful Pirate, Trabi Classic, My Signature, Lone Folder, Old Cube, Youvegottalovefate V.




Powerful Pirate sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Lone Folder was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Giant Power accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Solid Body put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



My Signature litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was My Signature. Solid Body came in second. Powerful Pirate became third.
