One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Conrado found a gap and took the lead. Criminal Sally followed before Loving Hero.




Conrado was in fine shape and held the lead.




Criminal Sally looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Loving Hero couldn't come out from behind the leader, Conrado.




Conrado was still in the lead after 1500m.




Conrado didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Conrado kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Loving Hero sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
