One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Magic Lilac found a gap and took the lead. Volvoette followed before Kitten. Running Mistress quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Perfect Sparrow sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Volvoette saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Volvoette was still in the lead after 2000m. Running Mistress was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Volvoette looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Magic Lilac sprinted over the finishline before Volvoette and Kitten.
