The weather had been good all week and Örebro was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sad Pearl could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Chambertin quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Intelligent Plan took the lead after 1000m. Loiseaux didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Intelligent Plan today. It continued in the lead. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Trouble In Paradise gallopped for 10 m.

Intelligent Plan looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Intelligent Plan kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sad Pearl and Modest Queen.
