The weather had been good all week and Romme was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lödder could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Elegance Efijy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Elegance Efijy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Wolly Brightness was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Lödder clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Elegance Efijy never caught up with Lödder who won. Quince came third.
