The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Loving Witch took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ottawa Superior sprinted to the front. Ottawa Hof started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Edelweiss Ameste sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Lonely Lemonade galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Edelweiss Ameste was still in the lead after 1500m. Slaythemall galloped for 30 m.




Edelweiss Ameste was still in the lead after 2000m.



Edelweiss Ameste looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Gold Tutti Frutti sprinted over the finishline before Ottawa Superior and Edelweiss Ameste.
