The weather had been good all week and Kaustinen was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Allets Ameste could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Allets Ameste clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Allets Ameste today. It continued in the lead.



Allets Ameste were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






No-one could catch Allets Ameste today who won before Holy Bouquet and Nessla Deutsche Frau.
