One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Polkamp found a gap and took the lead. Tricky Flower followed before Carlos Geisha.




Couture saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Tricky Flower sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Carmen Dalia galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Couture looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Tricky Flower put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Couture suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Carlos Geisha won the race after a spectacular finish.
