Travelling Diamond tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Flickering Diamond that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Holy Bouquet started to galop and lost 20 m.




Flickering Diamond was in fine shape and held the lead.




Holy Bouquet took the lead after 1000m. Playing Mambo didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Playing Mambo saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Holy Bouquet started to gallop after 1500m and Tapio Perttunen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Flickering Diamond took the lead. Playing Mambo gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Flickering Diamond sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Travelling Diamond won the race after a spectacular finish.
