The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Östersund this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Playing Grove sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Chako Girl sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Angel In The Night galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m. Van Grunsven accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Van Grunsven looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Playing Grove galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. Chako Girl was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Stifling Dreamcatcher sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy. Results
