The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Östersund today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pochahontas took the lead after a very quick start.




Coughing Fiesta quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Exotic Midnight looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pochahontas couldn't come out from behind the leader, Coughing Fiesta.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Coughing Fiesta today. It continued in the lead.



Pochahontas showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Coughing Fiesta looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Exotic Midnight, 2 Coughing Fiesta, 3 Pochahontas.
