One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Uptown Downtown was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Deep Valley, Blandine, Sabine, Starstruck Daffodil, Made In Italy, De Maury Cherry, Focused Lieutenant, Svart Skrymer. Vinícius The Man started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




De Maury Cherry sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Uptown Downtown was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
