Only a humble breeze blew over Rättvik this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Polished Gentleman. Insane Dream ended up behind the leader. Giant Power got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Insane Dream quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Polished Gentleman galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Insane Dream was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Courrèges saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Insane Dream galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Polished Gentleman started to gallop after 1500m and Hans G Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Giant Power galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Courrèges were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Courrèges. Pippi Opal came in second. Giant Power became third.
