One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Grinderman tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Front Boy that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Grinderman accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Tranquil Runaway was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Grinderman sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Grinderman. Front Boy came in second. Tranquil Runaway became third.
