One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Amazing Jewel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Harri Koivunen wanted a little to much in the start and Royal Flush galoped for 0 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Franklintown, Fliegend Umsonst, Luxdunum, Big Nowhere, Ouch!, Royal Flush, Close Muscle, First Set.

Luxdunum sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Luxdunum was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 20 m.

With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 50 m. First Set speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Bellissimo was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Bellissimo galop. Bellissimo lost 40 m.

Franklintown sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
