It had been raining for several days at Östersund but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Gesar Hoss.
Kosmoskatten ended up behind the leader.
Royal Flush got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Funky
Breeze galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.
Royal Flush looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Prince Of Sharpness couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Kosmoskatten. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.
Prince Of Sharpness was still in the lead after 1500m.
Royal Flush galloped for 20 m.
Kosmoskatten started to gallop after 1500m and Mikael Halvarsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Prince Of Sharpness kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Funky
Breeze galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.
Funky
Breeze was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
Scurrilous Attack kept the speed the whole finish and won before
Gesar Hoss and
Titania.
