One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Valley tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Polkamp that came steaming ahead.




Polkamp was in fine shape and held the lead.




Queen D took the lead after 1000m. Heavy Valley didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Queen D today. It continued in the lead.




Queen D was still in the lead after 2000m.



Queen D looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Heavy Valley sprinted over the finishline before Queen D and Polkamp.
