The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Sørlandet this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Coutrot. Jolly Heat ended up behind the leader. Paty got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Paty saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Paty clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Paty followed by Jolly Heat and . Lane two Coutrot followed by and .




Paty sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Jolly Heat was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Coutrot suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Paty sprinted over the finishline before Coutrot and Jolly Heat.
