The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Mikkeli today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Printer took the lead after a very quick start.




Silly Whirlwind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Punching Printer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Giant Power couldn't come out from behind the leader, Silly Whirlwind.

Iikka Nurmonen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Drooling Wave started to galopp and lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Længes Hjem galop. Længes Hjem lost 10 m.




Narkissos Hope sprinted over the finishline before Punching Printer and Silly Whirlwind.
