One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. General Rock was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Célesse sprinted to the front. Célesse was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Athletic Gentleman was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Slimy Map saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Carbon suddenly took over the lead. Carbon looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Célesse won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
