Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gianni took the lead after a very quick start.




Dinart saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Dinart who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Panzerjäger took the lead after 1000m. Gianni didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Dinart accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Panzerjäger litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Gianni sprinted over the finishline before Dinart and Panzerjäger.
