Only a humble breeze blew over Halmstad this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mamma Mia Magpie tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ginger Nutcracker that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Punching Ship started to galop and lost 30 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Tricky Lilac galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Elegance La Joya followed by Thinking Gentleman and Europio Vox. Lane two Mamma Mia Magpie followed by Winter Rose and Ginger Nutcracker.

Winter Rose galloped way to long and was disqualified. Mamma Mia Magpie looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Tommy Zackrisson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Tricky Lilac started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Mamma Mia Magpie didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
