Only a humble breeze blew over Forus this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silke took the lead after a very quick start.




Silke was in fine shape and held the lead.




Schweinefleisch looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Carlos Geisha couldn't come out from behind the leader, Silke.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Silke today. It continued in the lead.




Silke didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Silke looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Silke kept the speed the whole finish and won before Carlos Geisha and Schweinefleisch.
